| Sumario: | [EN] In recent years, there have been different advances in the implementation of the digital model in the HBIM as a valid option for the management and visualization of the information generated in the documentation and preventive conservation of heritage architecture. However, there are a series of analyses that are frequently ignored due to a lack of knowledge of the documentary value they can achieve. These are geometric, compositional and metrological analyses in preliminary studies of heritage architecture. This contribution presents a protocol for geometric, compositional and metrological analyses carried out on heritage buildings in an HBIM environment. It incorporates the comparative study between the theoretical models and the real state extracted from the point clouds generated by the 3D laser scanner. All of this with the aim of obtaining conclusions regarding the immediate visualization of the design process carried out by the master builder, as well as the variations experienced by the elements analyzed, both during the construction process and throughout the life cycle. For this purpose, the vaulted spaces of the bell tower of Valencia Cathedral are used as a test laboratory. |
