| Sumario: | [EN] This paper highlights the limits of the post 2023 Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) to achieve the objectives of the Green Deal at three levels: the «dispersion of efforts» caused by the flexibility granted to national authorities in drawing up the CAP Strategic Plans; the uneven pace of adoption of the legislative initiatives of the «Farm to Fork Strategy»; and the heterogeneous «results» to be expected from the poor insertion of Green Deal targets into the new CAP regulations. The article concludes by analysing the final report of the «strategic dialogue on the future of agriculture» and explores some key ideas for the post-2028 CAP. |
