Descripción
Sumario:The dataset contains the experimental data associated to the publication “Antagonistic maternal and direct effects of the leptin receptor gene on body weight in pigs”. The phenotype and the LEPR genotype in each individual is given for a series of traits including carcass weight, backfat thickness and loin thickness (sheet 1), weaning weight and number of piglets born alive and weaned (sheet 2), milk fat content (sheet 3), age at first parity (sheet 4), total feed intake (sheet 5) and circulating triglycerides (sheet 6) and total free fatty acids (sheet 7).
