Hafsun's revolt in tbe IXth and Xth centuries is beyong doubt, the sites where its power was established are hardly known. On the one hand, in this article the way the site of the city (madina) of Mesas de Villaverde was arranged will be described, on the other hand, the features of the surrounding area which served as the strategic base in this revolt will be also analysed. |
