| Resumo: | The aim of this paper is to provide a descriptive framework, broad and inclusive, on Catalan elections of 27 September 2015, together with some analytical elements that will allow to frame this election in a more general context. This research does not aim to theoretical and methodological objectives. It will discuss the “plebiscitario” character of those elections, the new aspects that they have offered and electoral strategies implemented by parties and coalitions competing. |
