| Sumario: | This paper aims to defend the uniqueness of religion from the constitutional point of view. To do this we will try to prove that religious free- dom has a distinct constitutional meaning respect the ideological freedom. As the same time, we will contrast concepts like political pluralism or ideological neutrality of the state with the constitutional significance of religious pluralism and religious neutrality of the State. Finally, we will focus our attention on how this religion's specificity limits to the State in its possibilities for cooperation with the religious associations. |
