| Sumario: | A 79-year-old patient underwent primary debulking surgery for stage IIIC serous carcinoma of the ovary. She received five cycles of carboplatin and paclitaxel. Three years later, the patient was diagnosed with a bilateral inguinal relapse and underwent a bilateral groin dissection. She received carboplatin monotherapy for six cycles. A retroperitoneal progression was documented 1 year later and treated with tamoxifen, achieving a complete response for the following 3 years. Subsequently, a new appearance of multiple supra- and infradiaphragmatic adenopathy was discovered, including supraclavicular retropectoral areas, and axilla. |
