Sumario:The ERASE model is a structured debriefing model developed in Spanish to support itsimplementation by Spanish-speaking instructors. It integrates essential elements from establishedmodels such as PEARLS, 3D, iTRUST, and GAS, organizing post-simulation reflection into fivesequential phases: Emotions, Recap, Actions, Suggestions, and Endpoints. Each phase alignsfunctionally with corresponding components from these prior models, promoting emotionalprocessing, critical analysis, and the synthesis of key lessons.
