El rango de tallas procesado se extendió de los 4 a los 25 cm de longitud dorsal del manto. El muestreo se realizó a lo largo de 2 años en el mar Catalán (Mediterráneo occidental). En el cuadro 1 se muestra la composición de las diferentes presas según la época del año.
