| Resumo: | [EN] The objective of this essay is to make known to the academic community of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, my research in Urban Engraving. It is important to say that it is an unpublished research at the UPV, where for the first time the engraving is studied as a street art element. For this we use the techniques of engraving allied to urban art, generating a methodology for the use of gra-phic techniques in the streets of Valencia, mapping, photographing and later applying the engraving in certain public spaces that will be re-branded with the graphic. Urban Engraving is the name given to any graphic technique taking into account the city as a support. And Engraved City, when engravings are already inserted in the streets. The results obtained were beyond expectations, as the engraving adapted very well in the streets generating an urban graphic poetry unpublished in the city tertextuality define its plastic proposal. |
