Sin embargo, se observa que la superficie agraria tiende a ser explotada por las personas jurídicas en detrimento de las personas físicas. Respecto a cuestiones demográficas, los mayores de sesenta y cinco años representan la gran mayoría, mientras que los menores de cuarenta y un años solo el 12%. Este dato muestra precisamente la falta de relevo generacional del sector.
