| Sumario: | The Catholic Church is one of the most important actors in the field of human rights in the international arena. Nevertheless, the acceptance of such rights in the Pontifical Magisterium has had its ups and downs that are reflected in the vatican documents. The aim of this work, departing from a linguistic analysis, is to make an approach to the causes that explain the divergence and subsequent convergence of the matter, as well as its current state. |
