Resumo:[EN] The "sharing" phenomenon has dramatically changed the traditional concept of consumption and possession and turned millions of people into entrepreneurs. The "sharing" concept has created target markets for services, previously, on which it was considered impossible to earn. Numerous terms are being utilised to describe a broad series of startups and models that in some way use digital technologies to directly match service and goods providers with customers, bypassing traditional mediators. The terms "sharing economy" and "collaborative economy" are often being used correspondently, though they mean different things. Through this work, we will determine the borders between these two concepts through a literature review. While many EU countries are concerned about such a rapid growth of the new business model and require the introduction of restrictions and new regulations, Switzerland sees in this the potential for investments and the development of new business opportunities.
