Curso 2015-2017[ES] Las recientes encuestas de actualidad ponen de manifiesto la cada vez más frecuente desconfianza de los ciudadanos en la Administración de Justicia en España. Sin embargo, son muchos los conflictos que se someten diariamente a los Tribunales de Justicia. Ante esta situación, los denominados Medios Alternativos de Resolución de Conflictos son cada vez más utilizados, ofreciendo además una serie de ventajas con respecto al procedimiento judicial. Es por ello, que el abogado debe estar a la vanguardia de los distintos mecanismos de resolución de un conflicto, así como saber adaptarse a ellos pudiendo ser partícipe de estos desde distintas perspectivas. Uno de estos mecanismos, con cada vez más importancia en nuestro país, será la institución del Arbitraje. Analizaremos pues a lo largo de estas líneas la regulación de la Ley 60/2003, de 23 de diciembre, de Arbitraje. Así mismo, el presente trabajo tiene por objeto el estudio, desde un punto de vista tanto práctico como teórico, de los distintos papeles que puede desarrollar un abogado en la institución del arbitraje.[EN] The recent surveys of current events show the growing distrust of citizens in the Administration of Justice in Spain. However, there are many conflicts that are submitted daily to the Courts of Justice. In this situation, the so-called Alternative Means of Conflict Resolution are increasingly used, offering also a number of advantages with respect to judicial procedure. It is for this reason, that the lawyer must be at the forefront of the different mechanisms for resolving a conflict, as well as being able to adapt to them, being able to participate in these from different perspectives. One of these mechanisms, with increasing importance in our country, will be the institution of Arbitration. We will therefore analyze along these lines, the regulation of Law 60/2003, of December 23, on Arbitration.
