Replication data for "Towards a resource friendly circular cotton processing: From carbohydrate rich wastewaters to hydrogen peroxide using carbohydrate oxidases"

In the current dataset is presented the characterization of wastewaters from cotton textile industry, as well as the characterization of the carbohydrate oxidases, N-acetylglucosamine oxidase (NagOX) and cellobiose oxidase (COX), in terms of pH and temperature profile, substrate recognition and pH s...

Descrição
Resumo:In the current dataset is presented the characterization of wastewaters from cotton textile industry, as well as the characterization of the carbohydrate oxidases, N-acetylglucosamine oxidase (NagOX) and cellobiose oxidase (COX), in terms of pH and temperature profile, substrate recognition and pH stability. Additionally, the hydrogen peroxide production in wastewater using both enzymes is presented, evaluating the operational modality.
