| Resumo: | [EN] The Calliphoridae of Spain, I: Rhiniinae and Chrysomyinae A revision of the Spanish fauna of these two Subfamilies of Calliphorid flies is given, with keys to the subfamilies, European genera and Spanish species. The Spanish fauna, Canary Islands included, contains six genera and 15 species. The synonymy of Stomorhina selgae Lehrer, 1979 (= Stomorhina lunata (Fabr. 1805) is confirmed and also of Rhyncomyia perisi Lehrer, 1979 (= Rhyncomyia columbina (Meig. 1924). Rhyncomyia columbina ssp. navarrica n. subsp., from Navarra, es described as new to Science. Protophormia terranovae (R.D. 1830) from Pyrenees is an addition to the Spanish list. A key to the columbina-group of Rhyncomyia is given and also notes on the variability of Chrysomya albiceps (Wied, 1819) and Protocalliphora azurea (Fall. 1811). For all the species are given their synonymy, general geographical distribution and the list of the studied specimens by localities and slight biology notes. |
