Descripción
Sumario:[EN] The work that is approached as Final Master's Work, is entitled The Poetics of Death in Funeral Sculpture on Spanish Cemeteries between XX and XXI centuries. It studies, as its name indicates, the visual narrative and concretely sculptural generated in the context of Spanish Cemeteries, focusing directly on the examples found in Valencia, between the XX and XXI centuries. The study and realization of this poetics, both formally and symbolically, allows to generate a reinterpretation and reformulation of this with the intention of generating new forms and discourses in pieces whose approach is essentially funerary, but are conceived as exhibition pieces and only funeral homes.
