| Sumario: | This review summarizes the available information of monocyclic pyrazolidines (tetrahydropyrazoles) according to the following plan: synthesis; chemical properties and reactivity; structure, spectroscopic and physical properties; biological properties and drugs; and catalysts. Special stress has been placed on synthetic methodologies due to the richness of the topic. A total of 613 structural formulae plus 33 catalysts and 277 references are part of the present work. |
