En la actualidad la incidencia oscila entre 1/12.000 casos. Presentamos un protocolo de actuación dirigido a profesionales de urgencias y emergencias tanto hospitalaria como extrahospitalaria. En nuestro protocolo conseguiremos reconocer la PCR en mujeres gestantes, llevar a cabo RCP en gestantes (los pasos convenientes en este tipo de paciente) y saber cuándo realizar la cesárea perimorten. Proponer un protocolo de actuación clínica para reanimación cardiorrespiratoria (RCP) basado en la evidencia científica disponible sobre mujeres gestantes, que minimice la variabilidad de la práctica clínica entre equipos de profesionales de urgencias y emergencias, tanto en ámbito hospitalario como extrahospitalario, es el objetivo general de nuestro protocolo. Además se proponen diferentes indicadores para llevar a cabo la evaluación de nuestro protocolo.[EN] Cardiorespiratory arrest (CRP) in pregnant women is an event that involves the respiratory system, cardiovascular system and / or brain, it happens at any time during pregnancy, the peculiarity of this event is that we are faced with two patients: the mother and the fetus. .
