| Resumo: | This dataset is part of a study that aims to analyze the energy performance of the residential building stock in the most populated city of Andalusia, Seville. The information contained in 45,920 energy performance certificates of dwellings was processed and analyzed according to the type of dwellings (single-family dwelling and individual dwellings in multi-family blocks), the period of construction and the district location. The results obtained in this study facilitate the identification of those districts and areas where the least efficient buildings are concentrated. |
