Sumario:Complete description of the obtention of new aptamers against the antibiotic Vancomycin by using Magnetic-bead SELEX, their characterization by SPR, generation of the tridimensional structure for molecular docking and the development of adisposable electrochemical aptasensor for cost-effective and rapid monitoring of Vancomycin in serum. Validation with clinical samples from hospitalized patient under antibiotic treatment and comparsion with results obtained in the clinical laboratory.
