Descripción
Sumario:The Lorca-Alhama fault is one of the more tectonic and seismically active sinistraI strike-slip fault of the eastern Betics. Its complex structural pattern records simultaneous development of ex- tensional and contractional features, which can be explained by a simple sinistral shear model. Spatial coincidence of structural and geometric diagnostic features of segment boundaries along the strike of the fault, are reflecting the segmented nature of this tectonic accident
