Sumario:Dracula (1897), by Bram Stoker, is one of the most representative novels of the late Gothic genre. Its main character has become the most archetypal figure of the vampire myth, with an enormous impact on both contemporary literature and popular culture. The present article analyses the translations and the reception in Spain (in Castilian, Catalan and Galician) of Stoker's classic Gothic novel.
