| Resumo: | [EN] This Master’s Final Project has been developed in the emerging field of Data Spaces, ecosystems designed for an interoperable, trusted and sovereign data exchange. In this context, an identity management solution has been developed as a core component for the Data Space participants to establish trust relationships and communicate securely. The project has been conducted in collaboration with the Tekniker Foundation, which has previous experience in this field. Based on an exhaustive alternative analysis, a solution tailored to the open and distributed nature of Data Spaces has been designed, implemented and validated. The results show the proposed design is secure and interoperable, and that it aligns with current privacy trends and the rights of the individual over its data. This work contributes to the development of Data Spaces. |
