Sumario:[EN] Self-compacting concrete (SCC) is currently one of the most widely used building materials worldwide. Its properties and features allow it to adapt to the most precarious situations for the elaboration of any structural element. Its use in the area of prefabrication is very broad, this is why is so important to study its mechanical characteristics, rheology’s and shrinking processes, because if properties like this aren’t done properly they can affect the performance, stability and resistance of any structural element in short or long term. To analyze the mechanical properties at early ages is a challenge for the comparison of existing data in this subject, which opens the way to a new dimension on how SCC behaves at very early ages. An important acquisition of resistance in early age factor is the use of special additives; this gives the necessary resistance to the concrete to achieve short-term requested properties. The purpose of this final master project is to evaluate the mechanical properties of self-compacting concretes at early ages of 8, 10, 12, 24 and 48 hours, fresh estate properties and shrinkage (autogenous and drying), for this are considered two variables, the use of two types of concrete (self-compacting and conventional) and the use of two types of additives used in the field of prefabrication. These were compared and the results obtained were evaluated based on the existing regulations
