Herein, the catalytic activity of two-dimensional (2D) porphyrin metal -organic frameworks (MOFs) constituted by Co 2 + , Cu 2 + or Mn 3 + as transition metal ions coordinated to tetra(4-carboxyphenyl)porphyrin (TCPP) organic ligand as heterogeneous catalysts for the aerobic oxidation of benzylic hydrocarbon oxidation is reported. Selective radical quenching experiments and in -situ Raman measurements reveal the formation of superoxide/hydroperoxide and hydroxyl radicals during the catalytic reaction using Co-CoTCPP. |
