Sumario:This investigation represents an adaptation of the report presented with similar title to the VIII European Congress of International Society for Labour and Social Security Law (Bologna, 20-23 September 2005). It exposes and values information and consultation rights on prevention in order to form them like a business requeriment or like a true way of employee participation. Because of that, it analyzes the right recognized in Article 129.2 of the Spanish Constitution, and the legal rules about those ones, concluding that, as a part of the functions held by the specific representation, they can be consider simply and indirectly like ways of participation, word that only can be really predicated about «Prevention Representatives» and «Safety and Health Comittee».
