Sumario:This contribution discusses the studies of stamps found on bricks, tegulae or imbrices on the Iberian Peninsula, with the aim of evaluating the areas in which they were manufactured, within the context of studies of Roman architectural construction techniques. This study is justified in the most recent analytical proposals for Roman construction, the objective of which is to consider the complete construction project, from the resourcing and manufacture of the materials to the planning of the project as a whole. As such, the lateritic material is considered as an element of Hispano-Roman pottery production, based on the lateritic stamps.
