Aquesta competència és analitzada en aquest treball amb el propòsit de valorar els efectes de la intervenció de les TIC aplicades en aquests alumnes, a través de l'experiència personal de deu participants, professionals experts en autisme, que han col·laborat en aquest estudi. En primer lloc, s'ha realitzat una recerca teòrica sobre l'ús de les TIC en els alumnes TEA; en segon lloc, s'han formulat les preguntes del qüestionari que han respost posteriorment els participants; i, més tard, s'han contrastat els resultats obtinguts. L'objectiu general d'aquest estudi ha estat conèixer les opinions personals dels professionals que han respost al qüestionari segons la seva pròpia experiència. La recopilació de criteris ha indicat que: hi ha àrees d'aprenentatge que milloren amb les TIC, destacant l'àrea del llenguatge i comunicació; els dispositius mòbils tipus tauleta són el mitjà preferit pels participants per facilitar els seus aprenentatges; els avantatges d'utilitzar les TIC superen els inconvenients; i tots han recolzat la formació de qualitat i continuada dels professionals que atenen a aquest tipus d'alumnes. Així, de les opinions dels experts participants s'ha determinat que les TIC són una bona eina de suport en l'ensenyament-aprenentatge dels alumnes TEA i, per tant, han de ser considerades com a recurs pedagògic complementari en el seu treball educatiu.Nowadays, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are potentially becoming more relevant in the educational assistance of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This belief is analysed in the following study with the purpose of determining the role that ICT plays in the learning experience of ASD students. With that aim, this article collects the personal experience of ten ASD professional experts who were willing to be part of it. Firstly, a literature review was undertaken to better understand the use of ICT to influence ASD students. Secondly, a questionnaire was formulated and run among the previously mentioned participants and then, the results of the questionnaire were contrasted with the authors. The general objective of this study is to get to know the opinions of the professionals who answered the questionnaire according to their personal experience. It was found that: there are learning areas which are enhanced by the use of ICT - especially the speech and communication area -, the respondents’ preferred mobile device to facilitate learning is tablets, the advantages of ICT outweigh the disadvantages and that every participant shows the necessity of a continuous and high qualified training. Thus, the opinions of the expert participants determine that ICT is a good tool to support the teaching-learning of ASD students and therefore they should be considered a complementary pedagogical resources in education.Universitat Ramon Llull.
