Se debe entender mejor el proceso de importación para que el sistema legal y la logística de importación sean más efectivos y beneficiosos para todos los involucrados en esta operación. Otro aspecto de suma importancia para mejorar el flujo de exportaciones/importaciones con un sesgo hacia una mayor expansión es tener un conocimiento profundo del mercado de importaciones brasileño. El estudio, entonces, muestra claramente cómo se ubican las exportaciones/importaciones, qué estados y regiones importan y cuáles prácticamente no lo hacen. RESUMEN EN INGLÉS The study addresses the problems related to export/import by proposing solutions for exporters and importers with practices that optimize this process, streamlining some steps from the departure of the product abroad with the issuance of documentation in accordance with domestic legal requirements. The import process must be better understood so that the legal system and import logistics are more effective and beneficial for everyone involved in this operation. Another aspect of utmost importance to improve the flow of exports/imports with a bias towards greater expansion is to have a deep knowledge of the Brazilian import market.
