| Sumario: | [EN] A poor sound insulation of building elements that constitute a building has a difficult solution when the building is finished. If we have a finished building in which not reached the minimum values of sound quality that marks the relevant legislation, we must be able to detect weaknesses that cause gaps in the sound insulation. The publication of catalogs of constructive solutions makes the problem not the material of choice, but how these materials have been joined together. Therefore, this problem must be analyzed and we should seek mechanisms that determine the weak points. This paper proposes a method to detect weak transmission paths between two sites. This method obtains the vibration reduction index as indicator of weak transmission paths. In this work we can see several case studies in a building an how to value what is the transmission path that weakens the global sound insulation of the whole construction. |
