| Resumo: | Labour insertion is a process of educational intervention for the progressive leaming of personal habits, social skills, basic, professional and interdisciplinary competences for developing a vocation to lead a person to social inclusion and an independelll life. Labour insertion trough competences is proposed as a method of intervention. A review is made of the competences required by workers in labour insertion responsible for this intervention, and whose support is needed as various times when making decisions on the career paths of people wi/h difficulties in finding work. |
