| Sumario: | New data on trichomycetes in the Iberian Peninsula: Two new Ameboid species (Paramoebidum contortum and Paramoebidium lateralis) and a new species of Harpelal (Ejectosporus quimera) have been described. P. contortum is characterized by its particular curved and long talus and P. lateralis is identified by its lateral holdfast. But the most prominent aspect of this last one is the observation, in an individual, of a talus originated from the merger between, which would seem to be, two cystospores. This observation could be an important advance in the study of the Amoebidiales. The new species of harpelal, Ejectosporus quimera, is a dimorphic species with a narrow distribution and has similarities with other genera. |
