| Sumario: | The circumstances in which cardiorespiratory arrest may occur and cardiopulmonary resuscitation be necessary are highly variable and in certain conditions, basic life support and advanced life support interventions may require modifications in relation to the general recommendations and have physiological influence on rescuers. For this reason, specific adaptive training programs should be assessed in certain special environments, such as high altitude, high ambient temperatures or when dealing with people with infectious diseases. |
