| Resumo: | [eng] Regression of the House Sparrow (Passer domesticus) at the Dragonera's island. After the six consecutive ringing campaigns durin g the post-nuptial migration to the Dragonera's island (Balearics) it has been observed a progressive reduction of the captures of House Sparrow (Passer domesticus) up to the extinction of its colony in 1992. The causes were analysed and it was proposed to use the presence of the House Sparrow as an indicator of the humanization stage in a natural area. |
