In the configuration of said paradigm the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights of UNESCO —apart from the international instruments that were produced between both texts— would represent decisive milestones in the process. The texts that are analyzed in this study inscribe bioethics in the context of-international human rights and universal. In them, it has been possible to identify and configure a consensual and minimum set of bioethical principles that are rooted in human rights and in the dignity of the person. From them and despite their different legal nature, a process o juridification of universal bioethics begins, through biolaw, which broadens and reorients the horizon and the contents of contemporary international law.
