The theoretical objective of the study was to connect Anthropology of the Body with Youth Studies by carrying out ethnographic research and interpreting the biographical accounts of young girls and boys while observing the body and corporality as axes of their identities, experiences and shared practices. In this article I focus on the ethnography of the skinhead movement and the biographical account of Elena, a Catalan anti-fascist skinhead girl, to analyze how her body practices and those of other group members give significance, meaning and a raison d’être to this youth culture.[CA] L’objectiu d’aquest article és presentar parts de les temàtiques tractades a la meva tesi doctoral Cos, biografia i cultures juvenils.
