Sumario:This dataset contains the MATLAB code used for the quantitative light optical microscopy analysis developed in Pilar Fernandez-Pison et al. (2021). Additional files corresponding to micrographs used in the analysis are included. The provided micrographs correspond to a specimen AISI 304L tested at T=4 K to a maximum strain level of 16% (see Fernandez-Pison et al.
