Descripción
Sumario:Aflatoxins are the major mycotoxins that can be present in foodstuff, and their levels are under supervision in most countries. Data regarding the presence of aflatoxins in acquaculture products are scarce. This Thesis encompases an overall strategy for studying the risks of aflatoxins from cultured fish consumption: aflatoxins content in fish feed used in aquaculture facilities, aflatoxins content in cultured fish species produced in Galicia, and aflatoxins bioavailability from raw and cocked fish.
