Sumario:[eng] A study has been conducted with a group of 18 students of between 17 and 21 years of age from the TAFAD training module (Technician in Animation of Physical-Sports Activities) in the Valencian Community. This study aims to determine the degree to which participation in an Individualized and Cooperative Healthy Physical Activity Programme (PAFSIC) will influence the improvement of decision-making about the systematics used during the current practice of Sports Physical Activity, as well as the acquisition of the pedagogical methodology required in teaching environments of said area of knowledge, a determining aspect of their future professional competence. A validated 31-item questionnaire was distributed to a sample of n=40 subjects (18 in the experimental group and 22 in the control group). From the statistical analyses carried out, information is extracted regarding the knowledge, beliefs and decisions related to "health and the systematic used" by the sample in the practice of Physical and Sports Activity carried out (factor 1 with 0.95 reliability), "personal ergonomic habits" (factor 2 with 0.61 reliability), "perception of the healthy benefits of physical exercise" (factor 3 with 0.79 reliability) and data on the prevalence of disease in general and back pain in particular. The analysis of the results indicates the positive influence of the implementation of an adequate physical-sports exercise systematic in the preservation of general health, and specifically back health, as well as in the development of other healthy behaviours related to ergonomics, stress avoidance, searching for healthy academic and sports settings that are free of environmental pollution, and attitudes related to injury prevention, in general, during daily sports practice, on top of those related to the prevention of back injuries, in particular. Specifically, the importance of adequate stretching of the hamstring muscles (in duration and form)/safe strengthening of the abdominal muscles is highlighted as an essential binomial to preserve spinal health, without forgetting the importance of a differential treatment of the phasic and tonic muscles (lumbar, iliopsoas, erector spinae). An alternative way of hamstring muscles stretching is proposed, which is easy to perform while standing and interesting for its practice in academic environments, from a school level of 3rd ESO. Its scientific efficacy is not proven, and its improvement may lead to a future research proposal.
