La finalidad es desarrollar diferentes estrategias de afrontamiento del síndrome mediante un modelo de actuación que tenga como fundamentos la escuela saludable, es decir, una escuela crítica consigo misma, flexible, no burocrática, igualitaria, que busca la armonía entre los docentes, ya que estos son la base para desarrollar personas libres.Study on the professional exhaustion syndrome (Burnout) and the different theoretical models of this syndrome. We try to explain the causes of this psychosocial problem by analyzing the variables that affect it.
