Sumario:This article analyzes the risk factors that have contributed to the development of criminal behavior of youth groupsin France and Spain, related tomassive burning of cars and damage of public property. It is assumed that both contexts have many similarities and highlights the negative influence of certain socio-economic factors. In this paper, partly based on a qualitative research with regard toimmigrant youth in Salt (Girona) I consider that the changes which have taken Spanish economy, as well as racism and school failure, play a key role in predicting criminal behavior of young immigrants
