| Sumario: | The intention of this essay is to observe the social structures of a rural space in the interior of Castile at the end of Old Regime. For this, we have used the family Iike an important axis of study. This research is situated in the old land of Jorquera in the middle of eighteenth century. This space is located between the rivers Júcar and Cabriel, pertaining to the "Marquesado de Villena". From the Marques of the Ensenadas Cadastre, we have the nominal and patrimonial information of these families. This fiscal source allows the historian to study the social life of the Castilian rural. This source permit to reflect some questions: the organization and composition of the household; the domestic servant; the capacity of production and reproduction of the families; the social distribution of the property; the socio-professional structure and to visualize the structural differences. |
