While maxillary expansion protocols are well established, investigations into mandibular expansion remain limited. This study evaluates the efficacy of the Clara Expander appliance for mandibular expansion in early mixed dentition, assessing skeletal and dental changes using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT).
