Sumario:The present research aims to investigate the current state of the Facility Management (FM) Market in Spain and observe its evolution in recent years. This study also plans to analyse the state of the art of the sector, and determine the added value of FM and the parameters influencing the magnitude. These objectives will be achieved by applying scientific models and methods. The study is included in a large-scale project carried out by the Technical University of Vienna (TU Wien). The university has managed FM demand-side studies on a yearly basis in different European countries such as Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Bulgaria, Romania or Turkey. The study deals with the data analysis extracted from a survey about the FM Market made to the Top 500 companies in Spain (in sales driven ranking).
