The objective of this work is to corroborate the adequacy of the indicators for the construction and validation of an instrument intended to measure drivers, barriers and motivations of rural entrepreneurship of millennials in Antioquia, Colombia. The expert judgment technique (consulting 16 specialists), the connoisseur assessment, using the coefficient of expert competence and the Delphi method were used. Finding as results a totally adequate evaluation for the ¿motivations¿ domains (93.7%) and ¿drivers¿ (92%), while the indicators of the ¿barriers¿ domain were very adequate (84%). All of them had Cronbach's Alpha values above 0.9, without showing significant differences in the evaluations given by mid-level experts and those of high level, according to the coefficient of expert competence and the Mann Whitney U test, above of 0.757.
