Sumario:The Hilbert transform is introduced from the mathematical point of view with the purpose in mind to use its properties in signal analysis applications. An important relation with the Fourier transform will be introducted and this will be the key for the implementation in digital analysis. Three applications of the Hilbert transforms will be given, including C++ code for the respective implementations and some data analysis simulations. Results will be commented.
