| Sumario: | In the design of a new plant or industrial construction, it will chronically affect the decisions made at the outset (reliability of facilities and equipment, reduction of downtime, energy efficiency, environmental actions). This article presents a case study of an industrial plant where the design is based on improving reliability, maintenance and efficient operation, as well as energy efficiency and respect for the environment, where key processes and decisions affect largely to the sustainability of large industrial constructions. |
