Sumario:[EN] There is a wide agreement on the power of problem‐based learning in promoting greater individual abilities for “learning how to learn”. These abilities are required to lead lifelong learning. In the analysis of case data we have tried to find arguments developed on this agreement. We analyzed the degree of interest and motivation to actively engage students in the development of a field of law in a "project" format. As a result oft our research we found out the kind of learning which has oriented its development and the type of self‐regulation implemented during their study process. Finally there are three types of arguments that should be considered to disseminate proposals as we discussed.
