In particular, industrial uses that in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries were driven out of the walled city, today placed in strategic locations interpreting the current form of many urban neighborhoods. The case of the district of Patraix, its own cultural landscape linked to urban industry and workers' housing, is analyzed to establish two urban routes promoting tourism interested in the industrial heritage.[ES] En este trabajo tratamos de profundiza sobre el valor y la oportunidad que supone hoy, para un turismo cultural y urbano creciente en la ciudad de Valencia, la lectura con perspectiva histórica, de la forma del territorio como anticipación de la ciudad construida. En concreto, los usos industriales que a finales del XIX y principios del XX fueron expulsados de la ciudad intramuros, hoy se sitúan en lugares estratégicos para interpretar la forma urbana actual de muchos barrios.
